Where does Ayva Dior Cosmetics Ship?
We are currently only shipping to the US and Canada. 
Where are the products made? 
All products are handcrafted in the USA with some ingredients important globally. (Our butters and some oils are sourced in globally). Please reach out to us for further details if you have questions. We're here to help!
Are your products vegan and cruelty free? 
Yes! Everything is cruelty free and vegan. We believe in testing on real people rather than hurting animals. 
How long can you use the products after opening? 
All products have a different expiration date. Please check each product label. It also depends on how you store your product. Please refer your product label on how to store properly. If you have any questions please contact us!

Are your jewelry hypoallergenic?

All jewelry metal components used are hypoallergenic and nickel free. Some posts, jump rings, and hoops do contain stainless steel and brass which can be an irritant to those with sensitive skin. Sammers Clay is not responsible for any skin reactions caused by these components or any pieces.

How durable is polymer clay jewelry?

Polymer clay is durable however please do not bend your earrings on purpose.

What if my order never arrives?

Do you do custom orders?
